Doula Birth Support Package
This package provides personalized and continuous support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period, helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered on your journey to parenthood.
Package Includes:
Complimentary Discovery Call: A 30-minute call to share your birth vision, get to know me, ask questions, and ensure we’re the right fit.
2 x 2-Hour Prenatal Sessions: Focused sessions where we cover essential topics like the physiology of birth, partner support, comfort measures, medical and non-medical support options, nutrition, your birth vision, and postpartum expectations.
Unlimited Phone & Email Support: Available from the time of hire through 8 weeks postpartum for ongoing guidance and support.
24/7 On-Call Availability: Starting at 37 weeks, I’m on call at any hour for labor support whenever you need it.
Continuous Labor Support: I’ll be with you from the time you request my presence during labor until at least 2 hours postpartum, offering unwavering support throughout the entire birthing process.
2 Postpartum Visits: In-home visits to help you transition into parenthood, with support in newborn care, feeding, and postpartum healing.

Postpartum Doula Support Package
This tailored package provides compassionate, hands-on support for new families during the postpartum period, helping ease the transition into parenthood and fostering a nurturing environment for mother, baby, and family.

Emotional Support & Reassurance: Offering a safe space for new mothers to share their experiences and feel heard, along with guidance for mental health and self-care.
Infant Care & Feeding Assistance: Support with newborn care, including breastfeeding guidance, bottle-feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques to build confidence in caring for your baby.
Practical Help at Home: Light household chores, meal preparation, and other tasks to allow the family to focus on bonding and recovery.
Routine & Sleep Support: Guidance in establishing healthy routines and sleep habits that work for both mom and baby, promoting rest and stability in the home.
Postpartum Recovery Guidance: Information and resources for physical and emotional recovery, fostering a gentle and supported healing journey.
